CitizenPlane's Operating System takes on a new look
We’ve been working on this for months, and we’re really happy to make it official today! We've just published our new website, displaying new illustrations and new product identities for Zenith PSS, Pulse RM, and Air Distribution. Our Operating System for mid-tier airlines now has a recognisable identity that truly reflects what we deliver.
A brand that reflects how we’ve evolved
CitizenPlane started in 2018 as a distribution platform, connecting airlines' unsold seats to OTAs. In 2024 we acquired Zenith PSS, bringing two decades of airline operations expertise into CitizenPlane. In 2026 we acquired Pulse RM, a modern revenue management solution for dynamic pricing. Together, the three modules bring one idea to life: a cloud Operating System for mid-tier airlines, covering operations from flight creation to booking and boarding.
As our product offering grew and became more structured, our brand needed to evolve with it. We needed the three products to feel visually connected, their logos to echo the CitizenPlane brand, and our illustrations to better reflect our evolution into an Operating System. Our identity now conveys one coherent system, with products that are instantly recognisable as part of the same family.
Illustrating the Operating System and its modules
The three product identities now belong to one family, following the same visual logic as the CitizenPlane logo. We also made our illustrations evolve, moving to cleaner, sharper, more detailed visuals.
And the website was rebuilt to give more visibility on real product screens. Each product page now shows the interface an airline team would actually work in.
Our identity and story have been constant since long before the redesign. Airlines run 2026 operations on systems built in the 1990s, so they need to constantly adapt and review their ambitions due to the limitations of their legacy systems. We're changing that with solutions that really meet the needs of mid-tier airlines. We build only what creates value for our customers, and we ship fast.
